Flocking cloth
Production process:
Flocking cloth is a common fabric form of fabric sofa, which mainly uses the physical principle of opposite charge related attraction. Firstly, the fluff is negatively charged, and the fabric to be flocked is placed at zero potential or grounded; In this case, the fluff is attracted by the opposite charge and will accelerate linearly to the surface of the object not to be flocked; Because the surface of the flocked object is coated with adhesive in advance, the fluff can be firmly attached to the plant.
Advantages:
Flocking cloth is characterized by its rich and bright colors, good three-dimensional sense and soft touch, which is flat and friction-resistant.
Cleaning method:
There are several points for attention in cleaning flocking cloth: do not soak it directly in water for cleaning and rubbing; If the flannel is wet, don't twist it hard to prevent the fluff from falling off because of excessive force; For a small amount of stains, cotton gauze can be dipped in appropriate amount of gasoline or alcohol, and then gently wiped; If you wash it with water as a whole, you should brush the fluff flat in one direction, then press the water off by hand and dry it in a natural state.
Cut flannel
Production process:
Cut flannel, as the name implies, is cut flannel. At the beginning of production, its grey cloth is double-layered, and then it is cut from the middle of the grey cloth by cutting, thus producing a suede. This kind of velvet is not very strong, so the step of brushing glue was added later to fix the suede. If you want to check the quality of the cut flannel, just rub it gently with your fingers on the back of the cloth and then observe whether there is fluff falling off.
Advantages:
The overall suede of the cut flannelette is uniform, comfortable to the touch, good in gloss, wear-resistant in use and easy to clean.
Cleaning method:
Do not soak it directly in water for cleaning and rubbing, so as not to lose hair and affect the appearance; If the flannel is wet, don't twist it hard to prevent the fluff from falling off because of excessive force; For a small amount of stains, cotton gauze can be dipped in appropriate amount of gasoline or alcohol, and then gently wiped; If you wash it with water as a whole, you should put it on a flat table and brush it along the texture to keep the color uniform and avoid fuzz.
Printing
Production process:
Printed cloth can be divided into transfer printing, infiltration printing and reactive printing according to different processes. Home and sofa are basically made of reactive printed craft cloth.
Advantages:
Colorful and bright. No pilling, no burr and no deformation.
Cleaning method:
It is best to wash it with cold water or warm water first, and it is not advisable to soak and wash it with boiling water, nor to pile it up for too long.
Jacquard weave
Production process:
Woven with warp and weft intricately on the sofa fabric with raised patterns is called jacquard. Two-color or even multi-color jacquard cloth is woven with yarns of different colors.
Advantages:
Full hand feel, thick texture, strong wear resistance, good air permeability, comfortable sitting, not stuffy and damp. The pattern is layered, the design is unique, and the bump has a three-dimensional effect.
Cleaning method:
Jacquard fabric should not be brushed with hard brush to avoid fuzzing.
Cotton
Production process:
That is, cloth woven from cotton yarn.
Advantages:
Good air quality, soft hand feel, simple and natural appearance, soft luster, especially good alkali resistance and heat resistance.
Cleaning method:
Before washing, it can be soaked in water for a few minutes, but it should not be too long to avoid color damage. It can be washed by hand or machine, but due to the poor elasticity of cotton fiber, don't rub it hard when washing, so as not to be deformed and affect the size. When the cloth cover is washed and drained, it should be folded up, and a lot of water should be squeezed out or wrapped up with a towel to squeeze water. It must not be twisted hard or hung up to dry. When drying in the sun, the reverse side should be aired outwards.
Cotton and linen
Production process:
It is a component of cotton cloth containing hemp, also known as cotton-linen interwoven cloth, including ramie cotton and flax cotton.
Advantages:
Good gas and sweat permeability, cotton linen can absorb sweat and slight sweat on human skin, make the body temperature return to normal quickly, and truly achieve the effect of ventilation and sweat absorption, which is warm in winter and cool in summer. Comfortable for personal use, antipruritic and skin-friendly.
The PH value is acidic, which is non-irritating to the skin and meets the requirements of environmental protection and human health. Anti-static, non-pilling, non-curling, cotton linen is sewn with pure cotton, without free charge, cotton fiber is not easy to deform and not pilling. Natural and environmentally friendly, it is a real green ecological textile. The use of cotton linen can make the human body have a warm effect, increase the microcirculation of the human body, effectively regulate the nervous system, dredge the meridians and improve the quality of sleep.
Cleaning method:
Hemp fiber is rigid and has poor cohesion, so it should be lighter than cotton fabric when washing. Avoid using hard brush and rubbing hard to avoid fuzzing the cloth. Don't wring hard after washing, don't soak colored fabrics in hot water, and don't expose them to the sun to avoid fading.
Chemical fiber (imitation silk)
Production process:
That is, artificial polymer.
Advantages:
Durable, easy to handle, with anti-wrinkle and non-ironing characteristics. Adding antibacterial agent to make it have antibacterial function; Mineral micropowder is added to make it have low radiation function or far infrared radiation function.
Cleaning method:
The temperature of lotion should not exceed 45℃, and the dirty place can be brushed with a brush. Rinse it after washing, wring it gently, and put it in a cool and ventilated place to dry. It is not allowed to be exposed to the sun and should not be dried to avoid wrinkling due to heat.
Suede
Production process:
That is, the sofa fabric made of animal suede, now in the cloth market, suede has become a common name for all kinds of suede. Including cowboy imitation leather velvet, warp imitation leather velvet (leather velvet with cloth bottom), weft imitation leather velvet (satin imitation leather velvet), warp-knitted imitation leather velvet, double-sided imitation leather velvet, elastic imitation leather velvet and so on.
Advantages:
Soft wool, waxy, good drape and light texture.
Cleaning method:
Wipe off the dust on the surface with a dry cloth first, and then wipe the surface with a slightly wet soft cloth. Be careful not to use too much force, and straighten out the hairs on the suede in one direction, so that the whole cloth surface presents a uniform color.
